Top-notch. I'd looked into doing this myself, and I had decided to have it done instead because of the high front-end costs for tools and the mixed reviews versus the professional products. Jeremy and Tim explained what they were doing and why, and invited us to pull up a chair and observe the process. They couldn't have been any better.
Sparkling clean, no residue or spatter to clean up, with good instructions for curing the elastomeric expansion joint sealant prior to use.
